2. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other secure payment methods as specified on our website.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the tour price.
30-60 days before departure: 30% of the tour price.
Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
3. Changes by Us
Tour Alterations: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary or services if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible.
Force Majeure: Alpha Adventure Safaris is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
4. Your Responsibilities
Travel Documents: It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other necessary travel documents.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants, covering personal injury, medical expenses, and repatriation.
Health and Fitness: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. Some tours require a certain level of fitness.
5. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the price paid for the tour. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
Third-Party Suppliers: We work with reputable third-party suppliers. While we ensure high standards, we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
6. Complaints
Resolution of Complaints: If you have a complaint during the tour, please inform your guide immediately so we can address the issue. If it is not resolved to your satisfaction, please write to us within 28 days of the tour’s completion.
7. Privacy Policy
Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your personal data.
8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
9. Acceptance of Terms
